About Us
OUR STORY
Our journey began inside a large corporation with what seemed like a simple request: Digitize a few paper routes to make frontline data more accessible and useful. What we discovered was that this small initiative touched every aspect of life on the shop floor—communication, data analysis, training, knowledge transfer, maintenance tracking, and most importantly, employee engagement.
Back then, terms like Digital Transformation and Connected Worker were not industry buzzwords—they were just ideas. Jeremy partnered with a company called Augmentir, believing in its potential to grow alongside us. Rolling out a digital transformation program from within the IT silo was no easy task. Research from McKinsey, Deloitte, and BCG shows that 70–80% of such efforts fail, often due to cultural challenges—knowledge gaps, organizational silos, and communication breakdowns.
Fortunately, Jeremy had an unexpected advantage: he married a Cultural Anthropologist. Jessica joined as a consultant and worked to transform the organization from the frontline up. Her unique approach uncovered hidden stigmas and sparked conversations that drove adoption and engagement.
What We Learned
Through these challenges, we discovered that technology alone doesn’t drive transformation—People Do. Our experience taught us how to bridge gaps, foster collaboration, and create systems that empower employees and improve efficiency.
Our Mission
We help organizations connect individuals, streamline processes, and build cultures that lead to happier employees and stronger profits. Our goal is simple: make work smarter, more engaging, and more human.
